Hosting
The website and the application are hosted by Vercel Inc. ([Noch zu ergänzen: Adresse des Hosting-Anbieters]).
Photos and videos are stored with Cloudflare (R2 service). The database and authentication are provided by Supabase. These providers, their role and their location are detailed in the privacy policy.
Guests’ content
The photos and videos of an event are sent by its guests. The organiser of the event is responsible for the album and for the people they invite to take part; each guest is responsible for what they send.
Content that is clearly unlawful, or that infringes someone’s privacy, can be reported from the album viewer (“Report” button) or by e-mail to the contact address above. It will be reviewed and removed if necessary.
Intellectual property
The Sunopic name, the logo, the texts and the graphics of the site are protected. Any reproduction without permission is forbidden.
Photos and videos sent by guests remain their property; the rights of use granted to the service are described in the terms of use.
