Seller
The paid plans are sold by [To be completed: company name], [To be completed: legal form], SIRET [To be completed: SIRET number], [To be completed: registered address]. Contact: [To be completed: contact e-mail address]. VAT number: [To be completed: VAT number].
Plans and prices
The service offers a free plan and paid options, bought one at a time, with no subscription:
- the Event plan: €49 including VAT per event, with up to 10,000 photos and videos (fair use), original photos kept for uploads made after the purchase and the album kept for 12 months;
- the extension: €19 including VAT for 12 more months of retention.
Pro plan
A Pro plan for professionals is planned; it is not on sale yet. Its terms will be published when it launches.
Payment
Payment is made online, by card, on Stripe’s secure page: no card data goes through Sunopic. Prices are in euros, all taxes included. Stripe sends an invoice to the buyer’s e-mail address.
The plan applies as soon as payment is confirmed: the event’s limits are raised immediately. The Event plan can be bought before, during or after the event. Originals are only kept for photos sent after the purchase.
Right of withdrawal
[To be validated by a lawyer: the digital service is provided immediately after purchase; the consumer must expressly agree and acknowledge losing the right of withdrawal once the service is performed. Provide the matching checkbox at payment.]
Refunds
As a goodwill gesture, the Event plan is refunded on request within 14 days of purchase if fewer than 20 photos and videos have been sent to the event. Write to us at [To be completed: contact e-mail address]. The refund goes back to the payment method used; the event then returns to the free plan and content already sent is not deleted because of the quota.
End of retention
At the end of the retention period, the album is closed to guests and permanently deleted seven days later. During those seven days, buying the Event plan or an extension brings it back. Reminders are sent to the organiser before it closes.
Complaints and disputes
For any complaint, write to [To be completed: contact e-mail address]. Consumers may use a consumer mediator free of charge: [To be completed: consumer mediator].
These terms are governed by French law. [To be completed: competent court] has jurisdiction, subject to the rules protecting consumers.
