Getting started with your album

Four steps are enough, from creating the event to downloading the album. You can come back to them at any time.

Create an event

The four steps

  1. Your event is created

    Its name, date and language are set; you can change everything further down.

  2. Share the QR code

    Print the cards or show the link: your guests scan it, with no app and no account.

  3. Try it with your phone

    Scan the QR code yourself and send a photo: you will see what your guests will see. This step is ticked as soon as the first photo arrives.

  4. After the party

    Download the album, then declare it ready: guests who left their address get the link.

Frequently asked questions

  • Do my guests have to install an app?

    No. They scan the QR code with their phone’s camera, pick their photos and that’s it. No app, no account.

  • How many photos can I receive?

    The free plan accepts 200 photos and videos, kept for 30 days after the event. The Event plan (€49, one-time payment) goes up to 10,000 and keeps the originals for 12 months.

  • A guest has a poor connection: what happens?

    Their photos wait on their phone and are sent as soon as the network is back, as long as the page stays open in their browser.

  • Can I see the photos before they appear in the album?

    Yes. Turn on prior approval in the event settings: a photo only appears once you have agreed to it.

  • How do I get the album?

    On the event page, the download block prepares ZIP files. Do it before the storage period ends: you get reminders by e-mail.
